Note for preemie gift-givers / parents: The designer of our preemie line had a preemie and 2 other preemie friends. Their babies liked these onesies by the time they hit ~3-4 months old / around the time they could some what sit up a bit. Which is why we only offer larger sizing atm.
The other good news is by the time they're able to fit these, they'll likely be doing more than just sleeping all day so friends & family will actually see the outfit! :D
(Our preemies slept pretty much ALL day for the first 2 months.)
Other notes: It has three snap leg closure for easy changing & a comfortable soft envelope neckline.
