If an item says “pre-order” - If I preorder can you share when the shipment will arrive? 

Yes! For our winter powder pants - maternity snow pants - We estimate the next shipment will be in by early November.

We guarantee your pants will be shipped out by December 1st.

As snow enthusiasts who visit in cold climates, it is very important to us that you have your pants in time for the winter season so we’ve been working diligently to get the next iteration of snow pants created and sent out!

You say fast free shipping in the USA > $50- Is it close to Amazon Prime fast?!

Although it isn't Amazon Prime 2 day shipping (we have another blurb on this below), we do our best to make sure you'll get them right in time for your next adventure / work / gifting date.

It's 100% free within the continental USA for all orders over $50. We ship using USPS Priority mail.

USA: 2 - 7 days (priority - free if you spend over $50)
1 - 3 days (expedited)
Canada: 6 - 10 business days

We'll also get you your tracking number so you can see where they are.

Note: Some of the goods are made-to-order, which may take a few days longer (but still include free shipping over $50). :)

What's the exchange / return policy?

If the size doesn't work for you, we offer a free exchange to get the size that fits you.

Do you sell these on Amazon atm?

At this time we don't sell our maternity snow pants on Amazon.
The reason is 2-fold:
1) For quality control
2) It allows us to offer you a better rate by cutting down on fees / double shipping.

You may notice when you buy things on Amazon, or even search, you'll get varying results and even 100 knock-offs of seemingly the same item, and it's difficult to make sure that what you're buying is the authentic product.

Depending on the product, we inspect each in person. That way we make sure you get a consistent experience and no weird knock offs!

Yes! We have a chart and couple examples with models here. We will add more as time goes on.
